Start your Sunday off with a beautiful and calm journey towards harmony within. In this session, we will explore the theme of “Happy Place”.
Prepare to sit and/or lay down, as we participate in creating and visualizing our “Happy Place.” The session will begin with the light and fun medium of collage (materials provided) as we create a physical representation of safety and comfort. We will follow up with a guided sound meditation facilitated by Jill Stein to further visualize what a safe and happy space is to each of us.
Come dressed comfortably and hydrated and bring a blanket/towel, yoga mat and water bottle.
