Design Consultation
Walk-ins and appointments are both warmly welcomed! Once you step through the door, we will collaborate closely to find the best options that suit your unique framing needs. There are numerous factors that come into play during the thoughtful design process; important considerations include cost, style, size, and personal preferences, all of which are essential to achieving the perfect result.

Production Begins - Leave it to us!
Preservation and protection are always at the top of our minds. As soon as the consultation is over, we store each item individually protected with a board, box, or art sleeve.
Within a few days, we order in materials and get to work on your order! All the materials we use are acid-free and conservation quality; ensuring that your piece will be protected far into the future.
If there is a delay or issue with your order of any kind, we will notify promptly. All production is done in-house; your items NEVER leave the shop.
3.
Pick up your item - Ready to hang!
After 2-3 weeks from the time of drop off, you will receive a notification that your frame order is complete. There is never a rush on your part to pick up!
If pickup is an issue; maybe your car is too small for your shiny, big new painting, we can arrange to have the piece delivered. This is an additional cost and price is dependent upon size of the art and location to which it is being delivered.
We will provide you with the proper hanging materials and we are happy to give guidance or tips for hanging.
We can also arrange an installer to hang your art for you. This is an additional cost and price is dependent upon size of the art, location, and placement within the home.
